If you have considered or even tried Meditation but are unsure which style works best for you, then join us to learn more about this fascinating subject.
Feel the rewards of inner peace and calm as you gain a better understanding of the different stages of Meditation; concentration, contemplation and meditation along with the many health benefits.
Learn about Meditative asanas and pranayama (breathing), along with the roles of Trataka, Japa, Mantra’s and Visualization.
Discuss the relationships of diet, physical activity and daily routine.
The Course will include a practical component where you will have the opportunity to practice the different Meditation techniques.
About your teacher: Sannyasi Pragyadhara trained extensively in India and Australia living with and learning from her Guru – Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati. She completed a Masters in Yoga Psychology through Bihar Yoga Bharati (India – 2005) and she is a member of The Yoga Training Academy (Australia).
Please wear comfortable warm clothing.
