Learn about Meditative asanas and pranayama (breathing), along with the roles of Trataka, Japa, Mantra’s and Visualization.
Discuss the relationships of diet, physical activity and daily routine.
The Course will include a practical component where you will have the opportunity to practice the different Meditation techniques.
Please wear comfortable warm clothing.
