We will show you how to slow down and be present in the moment.

With simple yoga relaxation techniques we can help you achieve balance and inner peace.

Join the Wellpark College yoga Diploma Students for a 1 day yoga relaxation course.

Our experienced teacher will guide you through techniques to help you better manage stress.

Together you will work on techniques that will help you maintain better health and well being.

You will cover the theory of:

  • Relaxation physiology
  • Benefits and barriers to relaxation

You will then practice relaxation techniques including:

  • Breath in relaxation
  • Relaxation Asana
  • Yoga Nidra

This course is suited to anyone wanting to make simple changes to achieve holistic wellness and is a great taster for those interested in studying yoga / yoga teacher development at Wellpark College.

About your teacher:

Felicity Molloy is one of New Zealand’s most experienced yoga teachers. Until recently, she was Programme Leader for  Yoga at Wellpark College and has a PhD in somatic practices of experience and embodiment through the University of Auckland. Felicity is a Senior Level 3 Yoga Teacher for Yoga NZ/Australia..

Please note that while you may be able to record your hours of attendance with your professional association, there is no document of hours completed and the hours are non-accredited. That is there is no assessment required for students other than Wellpark Yoga students.

Please bring with you: Notebook & pen, yoga mat, blanket, cushion and please wear warm loose clothes.
